Questions?
Don't wonder - just ask. We are happy to answer any questions you might have about First Look Home Inspections or home inspections in general.

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide the very best Home Inspection, with the most current information, and using the latest in technology while meeting the needs of our customers. We pride ourselves on the “human” side of the business. That simply put is we go out of our way to make your experience the best it could possibly be. I'm a firm believer in “do the right thing” and “taking care of people”. If your schedule doesn't allow you to be present during an inspection until late, and you want to be present during the process, then we move things around to make it happen. We either do the inspection late or whenever it's convenient for you. We also know your time is valuable and you want someone you can trust, someone on your side. I can assure you that our time is your time, and it's never an inconvenience for us to ensure that your experience with the home inspection process is a pleasant, informative, and learning one with little or no disturbance to your daily life.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide the most informational and thorough home inspection possible while teaching the client the basic fundamentals of preventative home maintenance.
Code of Ethics

This is probably the most overlooked virtue in this business. I've read hundreds of web sites from the many home inspectors out there, and I would have to honestly say that 80% of them, in some way or another, dog their competition. Now, don't get me wrong, I believe in shopping around and going with someone you feel comfortable with, but what I don't believe in is people who make statements like; “ If that persons report isn't 15 plus pages long….. look-out” or “ If the home inspector you find isn't a member of blah, blah, blah, and blah, then you might want to look somewhere else” or “ If the home inspector's prices are low then he/she either doesn't know what their doing or their not going to do a good job”. It's ridiculous comments like that, that would make me think twice about hiring someone who would even concern themselves that much about what everyone else is doing rather than focusing on making themselves better or finding ways to diminish the serious issues that clout this business. We only grow stronger by working together. I'll also have to say that like in everything else there are bad ones, but take your time, do some home work, and shop around. You wouldn't buy your home from the first realtor you come across, or a car from the first dealer either, so why do so with a home inspector.
